SEE THE ABOVE: It is this area prophet’s observation that gossip often stems from deep emotional immaturity and a lack of firm biblical grounding—specifically, an absence of true understanding of who they are in Christ. It is not usually a Demas situation (2 Timothy 4), where someone “loves this present world” more. Rather, it is frequently rooted in a person’s backstory: longstanding insecurity shaped by family issues, difficult life circumstances, poverty, poor ministry modeling, and false perspectives. These roots often manifest in envy, competition, rivalry, the drive for promotion, and the craving for recognition and titles.

The secret to eliminating the widespread gossip found in many regions of the USA—even within Christian ministry, lay circles, and the wider community—is this:
It is not about a person’s house, look, land, car, ministry size, persona, or fame. As Apostle Taveau and many others would say: “It’s about the Lord, not us.” This is the wise, abiding perspective that reflects James 3:17 and the pure, trustworthy, non-combative Ephesians 4 community. This kind of Christlike culture should be taught—and training must begin with children, youth, lay adults, and many already-saved ministers.

If we want people to belong, to come, to attend, and to fellowship with the saints (Hebrews 10:25), then we must make our environments safe, respectful, and free of emotional drama. When we do not, our fellowships begin to resemble the very subcultures Paul warned about—those described as, “from such turn away” (2 Timothy 3:1–8; 1 Timothy 6:5).

And we have seen this.
Hence this new governing senior apostolic Christian movement, built on the EORR Policy—Equal Opportunity Real Respect for every office and every human made in God’s image. This applies to senior leaders, their staff, governing elders, all leaders, and all lay people.
