Taveau D’Arcy is an apostolic servant leader, Bible teacher, writer, composer and ministry founder. Her work combines biblical study, mature leadership guidance, creative wisdom, original media and practical resources for people navigating ministry, life and relationships.

HER BACKGROUND

Taveau was raised in an educated Southern Baptist pastoral family surrounded by Bible teaching, church leadership, music and ministry service.

Her father was Senior Pastor Rev. Miley Kimball Johnson Jr.; her mother, Nonie Simons Johnson, was a Bible teacher; and her aunt, Senior Pastor Mary Catherine Wingfield, was another significant ministry influence.

Taveau received her foundational ministry call in 1976 and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Comparative Religion from the University of Richmond.

She was classically trained in piano by a protégée of Sergei Rachmaninoff. She later served as a National Piano Guild instructor, taught many successful music students and became a CCLI songwriter.

Her creative work includes original worship music, instrumental music, biblical music education, articles, podcasts, videos and visual teaching resources.

LEADERSHIP FORMATION & EXPERIENCE

Taveau was ordained in 1996. Since approximately 1991, she has served in prophetic and apostolic ministry functions as a teacher, writer, pastor, founder and seer.

In 2004, an honorary doctorate in Sacred Music was conferred in recognition of her work developing a college-level music curriculum incorporating natural music education, biblical teaching, worship and music history.

Her ministry experience spans traditional, evangelical, charismatic, prophetic, apostolic, multicultural, grassroots and Cross Body settings.

Taveau regards apostle, prophet, pastor, teacher and evangelist as functions of service—not celebrity titles or positions within a religious pecking order.

She values God-given authority, mature accountability and safety in a multitude of wise counselors. At the same time, she rejects domination, celebrity culture, religious control and demands for unquestioning submission to one human leader.

Her leadership wisdom was not formed through education alone. It was also developed through what she calls her PhDs in “Pretty Hard Days” and “Piled High and Deep”—many years of ministry pressure, personal testing, perseverance and lessons learned in the School of Hard Knocks.

These experiences strengthened her commitment to truthful communication, healthy boundaries, biblical relationship protocol, servant leadership and respect for every human person.

Taveau Creative Leadership and EORR Cross Body Unity ,also IFFM and Teammate University. seek to support a generation of Christian leaders who demonstrate servant leadership, humility, biblical maturity and real respect for all.

Our vision is an Ephesians 4 community that presents the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ while welcoming and respecting people of every race, background, belief and faith.

For the sake of a Future Church, we address important questions involving ministry relationships, authority, true and false control, spiritual abuse, modern-day witchcraft, the prophetic and Christian leadership culture.

Taveau may teach, reprove, admonish or correct a ministry practice, but she refuses to word-curse, falsely accuse or devalue the human person.

In 2026, Taveau celebrates 50 years of Christian ministry formation and experience among rural, suburban, urban, multicultural, traditional, evangelical, charismatic and Cross Body settings.

TCL acknowledges the biblical gift of prophecy while rejecting occult practices, manipulation and self-important spiritual performance.

We sometimes use the description “perceiver-discerners” to keep the emphasis upon God—not personal skill, status or spiritual savvy.

People who embrace the Book of Acts and those who do not are both welcome. We do not impose a one-size-fits-all formula. Every teaching is submitted openly, allowing each person to study Scripture, pray and hear from God for themselves.

Our goal is to demonstrate the respect of Jesus Christ through truthful communication, creative wisdom, mature leadership and healthy relationships.

A.R.T.—ABIDING RELATIONSHIP THEOLOGY

Abiding Relationship Theology examines how Christians relate to God, themselves and one another.

A.R.T. emphasizes communication, healthy boundaries, mutual submission, accountability, reconciliation and Christlike relationships. It asks not merely what Christians believe, but how they behave while representing those beliefs.

EORR—EQUAL OPPORTUNITY REAL RESPECT

EORR means Equal Opportunity Real Respect for EVERY HUMAN made in the image of God” Psalm 139 (This means all persons, Christians and not, all governmental leaders, every race, age, size, gender, appearance, background, faith and person.

Taveau teaches that human beings are not stereotypes, property or conquests. Each person is an individual made in God’s image and worthy of dignity and real respect.

LEADERSHIP CONVICTIONS

• Character, spiritual fruit and respect matter more than titles, degrees or public status.

• Ministry offices are functions of service—not licenses for control, bias, accusation or personal empire-building.

• Christian correction should be private, direct, meek and restorative, according to Matthew 18:15–16 and Galatians 6:1.

• New Testament leaders should practice mutual submission according to Ephesians 5:21.

• Trust ultimately belongs to God rather than to human personalities, systems or religious princes.

• Biblical wisdom and revelation grow through personal relationship with God, Scripture, prayer, experience and mature accountability.

• There should be no “big I’s” or “little you’s” in the Body of Christ.

TEACHING & CREATIVE WORK

Taveau writes and teaches about Christian leadership, ministry authority, church culture, the prophetic, hearing God, relationships, marriage and family, healing, faith, provision and practical Christian living.

She also offers creative wisdom, mature problem-solving, leader consultation and “iron sharpens iron” think-tank collaboration. There is no one-size-fits-all approach at Taveau Creative Leadership.

Her work reflects a multicultural, non-celebrity and Cross Body perspective. She describes herself as a resource—not as someone seeking to rule over others.

This is about Apostle Paul Philippians 2:12 each Christ followers freedom to “work out their own salvation in fear and trembling” And the visionary apostle Taveau respectfully submits her perspectives for open-ended, noble Berean Bible study and Selah reflection. Her comments are not offered as authoritarian religious dogma.

Each person is encouraged to prayerfully study Scripture and work out their own salvation with fear and trembling, according to Philippians 2:12.

Taveau presently serves from the Fort Mill, South Carolina–Charlotte, North Carolina region.

Through Taveau Creative Leadership and the Taveau Teaching and Resource Center, she offers Christian leadership mentoring, personal ministry guidance, speaking, teaching, training, media conversations and creative collaboration by appointment.
