Isaiah 11:2\u20133 (KJV)<\/strong>
2 And the spirit of the LORD shall rest upon him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the LORD;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n


3 And (all of these combined)\u00a0 shall make him of quick understanding in the fear of the LORD: and he shall not judge after the sight of his eyes, neither reprove after the hearing of his ears:<\/em><\/p>\n

The Seven Spirits of God<\/strong> (from Isaiah 11:2\u20133)<\/span><\/h2>\n

Point: God’s free gifts from the John 16:13 “Spirit of truth”<\/p>\n

John 16:13: “When the spirit of truth has come, he will guide you into all truth; He won’t speak of\u00a0 himself, but whatever he shall hear, shall he speak, and he will shew you things to come<\/strong>” (roots of prophecy, perceiving a word from the Lord, inner direction, clear guidance)<\/p>\n

Purpose for the Last Days Church:<\/p>\n

Luke 1:17 And he\u00a0 (the spirit of God like the John the Baptist, Elijah) shall go before him in the spirit and power of Elias, to turn the hearts of the fathers to the children, and the disobedient to the wisdom of the just; to make ready a people prepared for the Lord.”
\n<\/strong>(not for entertainments,ambition, for grand titles, thrills, perks, position, fame)<\/p>\n

The 7 Spirits of God<\/strong> (in wonder working power, healing, peace, rest, resurrection, conviction, wisdom, deliverance, new ideas, and much much more)<\/p>\n

  1. The Spirit of the LORD<\/strong> (His Presence, Authority, Resting Anointing)<\/li>\n
  2. The Spirit of Wisdom<\/strong> (God\u2019s free, supernatural ideas,\u00a0 insight for right living )(must resemble James 3:17 and not have fear (2 Timothy 1;7)<\/li>\n
  3. The Spirit of Understanding<\/strong> (deep discernment, perceiving truth beneath surface)<\/li>\n
  4. The Spirit of Counsel<\/strong> (guidance, direction, divine strategy)<\/li>\n
  5. The Spirit of Might<\/strong> (power, strength to act and endure)<\/li>\n
  6. The Spirit of Knowledge<\/strong> (knowing God\u2019s truth, reality, ways)<\/li>\n
  7. The Spirit of the Fear of the LORD<\/strong> (reverence, humility, honor toward God)
    \nPS How to get “the fear of the Lord” Read Proverbs 2:1-5 “seek God’s free wisdom more than you do making your money”<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    How These Function in Christ\u2019s Body<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

    Christ is the Head (Colossians 1:18), and His Spirit expresses Himself through different genuine authentic Bible believing real persons, be they praying in tongues and not:<\/p>\n

    Point: It’s not about the list of God’s 7 Spirits. It’s knowing HIM as Personal Savior and Lord, and then “growing” over time.<\/p>\n

    It begins with each\u00a0 persons getting to know Jesus as personal savior and friend, Then reading the Bible, having time apart, along to “relate” to His inner Holy Spirit (the John 16:13 spirit of truth and more)<\/p>\n

    We advise that each reader personally ask God for MORE of His 7 Spirits (by faith.)<\/p>\n

    Then we recommend fellowship, Bible study and asking “questions ” of Sent People<\/p>\n

    Also going to churches, bible studies, conferences, getting mentoring, from\u00a0 Christian ministers who understand and operate in them (but without control or money making ,false religion,respecter of persons,\u00a0 or cult spirit)<\/p>\n

    • Spirit of the LORD<\/strong> \u2192 seen in leadership, presence-centered ministry, apostolic\/prophetic foundation<\/li>\n
    • Wisdom & Understanding<\/strong> \u2192 teachers, counselors, those who rightly divide the Word<\/li>\n
    • Counsel<\/strong> \u2192 pastoral care, guidance, relational leadership<\/li>\n
    • Might<\/strong> \u2192 evangelism, bold witness, endurance under pressure<\/li>\n
    • Knowledge<\/strong> \u2192 teaching, revelation, doctrine, truth testing<\/li>\n
    • Fear of the LORD<\/strong> \u2192 holiness, humility, integrity across all believers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Each believer may carry aspects, but no one person is the whole\u2014this is Body function<\/strong>, not one-man control (1 Corinthians 12).<\/p>\n

      Seen in the Book of Acts (this is not a recipe or formula it is really to provoke ideas for more study)<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

      The sevenfold Spirit is not listed as a chart in Acts\u2014but it is demonstrated in action<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

      • Acts 2 (Pentecost)<\/strong> \u2192 Spirit of the LORD + Might (power, boldness, tongues)<\/li>\n
      • Acts 4:13<\/strong> \u2192 Wisdom & Understanding (unlearned men speaking with authority)<\/li>\n
      • Acts 6:3<\/strong> \u2192 \u201cfull of the Spirit and wisdom\u201d (practical leadership)<\/li>\n
      • Acts 9\u201313 (Paul, Barnabas)<\/strong> \u2192 Counsel + Knowledge (mission direction, doctrine)<\/li>\n
      • Acts 5:11<\/strong> \u2192 Fear of the LORD (holy reverence among all the church)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        So Acts shows the living expression<\/strong> of Isaiah 11\u2014not theory, but daily function.<\/p>\n

        Expressed in New Worship (John 4:24)<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

        \u201cGod is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

        • Knowledge<\/strong> \u2192 truth-based lyrics and doctrine<\/li>\n
        • Fear of the LORD<\/strong> \u2192 reverence, purity, no fleshly show<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Miss T’s Real Life Point:<\/h2>\n

          Isaiah 11:3 “He will not judge by the sight of his eyes (not\u00a0 accuser Pharisee judge, no gossip”<\/h2>\n

          He will not make decisions based on what He hears (won’t belief an evil report, will not entertain gossip or hearsay, rumors nor let his apostles tell him the latest scuttlebutt.”<\/p>\n

          Seen in Messiah Christ as representing His Eternal Nature but with humility and no grand display of Ego<\/h2>\n

          1. Jesus Christ, prophet apostle of the Church, did not misuse his\u00a0 Spiritual gifts, power “not a gossip” “not a divining slave<\/p>\n

          master prophetic office seer”<\/p>\n

          Being Filled with More of the 7 Spirits of God<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

          Point:<\/strong> It\u2019s not control, hype, or titles.
          Bigger Point:<\/strong> It\u2019s God\u2019s Spirit working through real people in relationship, truth, and humility reverence.
          \nIt’s about being a Good Witness, a<\/strong> respectful Messenger, not to win a soul in order to put an eternal notch on your belt or to be a super saint to “convert the sinner”<\/p>\n

          Rather it is\u00a0 about JESUS w<\/strong>ho is the Accepting Savior, and the Eternal Life Giver.<\/p>\n
