Modern “Born Again Christian and Media Example:<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n

Semantics vs. Truth: Are There Many Ways to Heaven?<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n

Many people sincerely say,<\/span>
\u201cI believe in God. I go to church. I\u2019m a good person.\u201d<\/em><\/span>
Some even belong to famous Christian denominations \u2014 yet believe there are many ways to get to heaven.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

But sincerity does not equal salvation.<\/span>
Truth is not decided by denomination or tradition \u2014 it is decided by Jesus Christ Himself.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

1. Jesus Said There Is Only One Way<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

*\u201cI am the way, the truth, and the life:<\/strong> no man cometh unto the Father, but by Me.<\/strong>” John 14:6<\/span><\/p>\n

Introduction<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Many Christians have asked, \u201cCan a person who is born again ever lose their salvation?\u201d<\/em><\/span>
Some say, \u201cOnce saved, always saved.\u201d<\/em><\/span>
Others fear they\u2019ve sinned too deeply to be forgiven.<\/span><\/p>\n

But what does the Bible<\/strong> \u2014 not opinion, not emotion \u2014 actually say?<\/span><\/p>\n

The answer is clear and sobering:<\/span>
Salvation is a covenant relationship, not a one-time transaction.<\/span>
You cannot \u201caccidentally\u201d lose it \u2014 but you can reject, neglect, or walk away from it<\/strong> by your own choices<\/span>.<\/p>\n

1. Salvation Is a Living Relationship (not just repeating words,helping many, by praising and dancing, nor being sprinkled or baptized only)<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

Jesus never called us to repeat a prayer and live as we please.<\/span>
He called us to follow Him daily.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cIf any man will come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow Me.\u201d<\/em> \u2014 Luke 9 : 23<\/strong><\/span>
\u201cAbide in Me, and I in you\u2026 If a man abide not in Me, he is cast forth as a branch.\u201d<\/em> \u2014 John 15 : 4-6<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

A Christian \u201cabides\u201d by staying in fellowship, repentance, and obedience.<\/span>
The moment we stop abiding, the relationship begins to die.<\/span><\/p>\n

2. Names Can Be Blotted Out of the Book of Life<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

\u201cHe that overcometh\u2026 I will not blot out his name out of the book of life.\u201d<\/em> \u2014 Revelation 3 : 5<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

This promise makes sense only if names can<\/strong> be blotted out.<\/span>
The overcomer remains; the rebel is erased.<\/span>
God\u2019s record is eternal, but our cooperation matters<\/span><\/p>\n

3. Forgiving Others Is Not Optional<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

And would this include: Parents\/ relative, ministry, pastors, slavery, politics, family feuds, more?<\/span><\/p>\n

Taveau reminds us that not forgiving everybody<\/strong> endangers your own forgiveness.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cIf ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you:
But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.\u201d<\/em> \u2014 Matthew 6 : 14-15<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Unforgiveness is a sin of the heart \u2014 quiet, but deadly.<\/span>
It closes the very door through which grace entered.<\/span><\/p>\n

4. Blaspheming the Holy Spirit<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

Jesus warned of one sin that cannot be forgiven:<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cAll manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men: but the blasphemy against the Holy Ghost shall not be forgiven unto men.\u201d<\/em> \u2014 Matthew 12 : 31-32<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

This happens when a person continually resists, mocks, or attributes the Spirit\u2019s pure work to evil.<\/span>
It is not a single slip of speech but a hardened refusal of the Holy Spirit Himself \u2014 the One who seals our salvation.<\/span><\/p>\n

5. The Deception of Religious Performance<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

Many ministers and leaders may seem powerful, gifted, and admired \u2014<\/span>
yet Jesus warned that outward success without inner obedience<\/strong> will end in tragedy.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cNot every one that saith unto Me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of My Father which is in heaven.
Many will say to Me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Thy name? and in Thy name have cast out devils? and in Thy name done many wonderful works?
And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from Me, ye that work iniquity.\u201d<\/em> \u2014 Matthew 7 : 21-23<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

These were church leaders \u2014 miracle workers, preachers, worshipers \u2014 yet they lacked relationship.<\/span>
They talked the talk, praised His name, but never truly knew Him<\/strong> in first-love intimacy.<\/span><\/p>\n

6.\u00a0 Taking the Mark of the Beast<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

\u201cIf any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand,
The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God.\u201d<\/em> \u2014 Revelation 14 : 9-10<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Accepting the mark is open rebellion against God\u2019s authority \u2014 a final denial of Christ\u2019s lordship.<\/span>
Those who choose allegiance to worldly power over the Lamb\u2019s Kingdom seal their eternal loss.<\/span><\/p>\n

7. Using God’s Free\u00a0 Grace As License, to Continue in Specific Sins<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

“Who we going to please, OURSELVES or the Maker GOD?”<\/span><\/h2>\n

(resembles Adam choosing his own way in the Garden)<\/span><\/h2>\n

\u201cFor the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men,
Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly.\u201d<\/em> \u2014 Titus 2 : 11-12<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

True grace does not give permission to sin \u2014 it gives power to overcome<\/strong> it.<\/span>
To claim salvation but continue in rebellion is to trample the blood of Christ.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cIf we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins.\u201d<\/em> \u2014 Hebrews 10 : 26<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

8. Does\u00a0 Professing How Much “We Love Jesus”\u00a0 Save Us?<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

NO. Many say, \u201cI love Jesus \u2014 that\u2019s enough.\u201d<\/span>
But Jesus Himself said:<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cIf ye love Me, keep My commandments.<\/strong>\u201d<\/em> \u2014 John 14 : 15<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Love that ignores obedience is emotion, not discipleship.<\/span>
Real love produces holiness, mercy, and endurance.<\/span><\/p>\n

9. Willfully Persisting in Sins of Commission and Omission<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

    Commission:<\/strong> doing what God forbids \u2014 lying, immorality, hatred, pride.<\/span><\/p>\n

    \u201cWhosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law.\u201d<\/em> \u2014 1 John 3 : 4<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Omission:<\/strong> failing to do what God commands \u2014 forgiving, showing mercy, obeying truth.<\/span><\/p>\n

    \u201cTo him that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin.\u201d<\/em> \u2014 James 4 : 17<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Both kinds of sin separate us from God until confessed and forsaken.<\/span><\/p>\n

    10. Believing That There Are Many Paths to Heaven, Not Just Jesus Christ<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

    The world says all roads lead to God.<\/span>
    Jesus said the opposite.<\/span><\/p>\n

    \u201cEnter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction\u2026
    Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.\u201d<\/em> \u2014 Matthew 7 : 13-14<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

    \u201cI am the door: by Me if any man enter in, he shall be saved.\u201d<\/em> \u2014 John 10 : 9<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

    All religions may promise light, but only Jesus is the Lamb of God who takes away sin<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

    11. The Steps That Keep Salvation Secure<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

    (Don’t just sit under great teaching ABOUT the Bible, based on hearsay, rumors, others person’s reports, NO. We must Philippians 2:12 decide to\u00a0 ‘work out own salvation with fear and trembling ‘ Why..Eternity remains at risk<\/span><\/p>\n

    1. \n

      Stay humble and repentant.<\/strong> \u2014 1 John 1 : 9<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    2. \n

      Forgive quickly and freely.<\/strong> \u2014 Matthew 6 : 14-15<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    3. \n

      Keep your heart pure.<\/strong> \u2014 Proverbs 4 : 23<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    4. \n

      Walk in the Spirit.<\/strong> \u2014 Galatians 5 : 16<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    5. \n

      Love the truth and obey it.<\/strong> \u2014 John 14 : 21<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    6. \n

      Avoid worldly compromise.<\/strong> \u2014 James 4 : 4<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    7. \n

      Endure in faith until the end.<\/strong> \u2014 Matthew 24 : 13<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      12. Can a Christian Lose Salvation?<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

      Not by accident \u2014 but yes<\/strong>, by deliberate rebellion, unbelief, or refusal to forgive and obey.<\/span>
      Salvation is a relationship that must be guarded, cherished, and lived.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

      \u201cTake heed, brethren, lest there be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief, in departing from the living God.\u201d<\/em> \u2014 Hebrews 3 : 12<\/strong><\/span>
      \u201cHe that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.\u201d<\/em> \u2014 Matthew 24 : 13<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

      A believer who remains faithful need not fear.<\/span>
      But a believer who abandons Christ, loves sin, and silences conscience chooses separation<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

      13. God\u2019s Mercy Is Still Open<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

      Even if you have drifted, hardened your heart, or think you have figuratively,\u00a0 \u201csold your soul,\u201d<\/span>
      Jesus still calls your name.<\/span><\/p>\n

      \u201cHim that cometh to Me I will in no wise cast out.\u201d<\/em> \u2014 John 6 : 37<\/strong><\/span>
      \u201cIf we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins.\u201d<\/em> \u2014 1 John 1 : 9<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

      No one is beyond His reach until life is over.<\/span>
      The moment you repent, heaven rejoices, and your name shines again in the Lamb\u2019s Book of Life.<\/span><\/p>\n

      A Final Warning and Invitation<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

      \u201cFor what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul?\u201d \u2014 <\/em><\/span><\/h3>\n

      There are not \u201cmany ways\u201d to heaven \u2014 only one narrow, merciful way through Jesus Christ.<\/strong><\/span>
      He is the Door, the Shepherd, the Redeemer, and the Judge.<\/span><\/p>\n

      Stay close to Him, forgive freely, love purely, obey quickly, and endure faithfully.<\/span>
      Then, when your name is read in eternity, the Lamb Himself will say:<\/span><\/p>\n

      \u201cWell done, thou good and faithful servant\u2026 enter thou into the joy of thy Lord.\u201d<\/em> \u2014 Matthew 25 : 21<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

      We Will Each Soon Stand Alone Before God<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n

      We are each born alone.<\/strong><\/span>
      We walk through life mostly alone.<\/strong><\/span>
      We make our own choices \u2014<\/span>
      whom we will serve, whom we will follow.<\/span><\/p>\n

      And when life is over,<\/span>
      we will lie down alone.<\/strong><\/span>
      No mother, no father, no pastor, prophet, or friend,<\/span>
      no media, no applause will stand beside us.<\/span><\/p>\n

      On that day, we will rise to stand before God \u2014 alone.<\/strong><\/span>
      The Master will open His books<\/span>
      and show every word, every act, every sin.<\/span><\/p>\n

      And only one thing<\/strong> will decide our eternity \u2014<\/span>
      the shed blood of Jesus Christ.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

      Only through His sacrifice<\/span>
      will the Father look upon us with mercy<\/span>
      and say,<\/span>
      \u201cEnter in\u2026 well done, My child.\u201d<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

      And it’s good to prepare…and to live FDR “Final Day Ready” for we could each go at any moment, due to life being so extreme. And NOBODY wants to go to the Wrong Place.<\/span><\/p>\n

      \u201cFor the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanseth us from all sin.<\/strong>\u201d<\/em> \u2014 1 John 1 : 7<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
