TD’S ASSESSMENT AND FAR AWAY RESPECTFUL GUESSES<\/strong> (As I have ongoing viewed (whenever the Spirit directs) this responsible well viewed Christian family persons via TV only and by the family fruit at Lakewood (albeit from afar) no racial bias ,does not seem to be full of himself, truly loves his wife and respects and honors all of dear reverential family. I believe he made made a mistake on going Oprah, Larry King and too high up with Tyler Perry ..as that was when demons started to target him (my own opinion)\u00a0 I realize Pastor Joel inherited a big work from his Baptist penetcostal good parents and that the parents started in the faith movement and the love and integrity, quality and joy of their church ,which many do not understand how he already well off due to parents and his potions ,from humble meager beginnings but then Joel turned out to any accomplisher writer (best seller) that could afford mega home, cars, etc.
\nIT IS MY OPINION ON FROM ON LINE KNOWLEDGE<\/strong> that Joel is meager, stressed out but sacrificial and only takes $54, 000 a year from the church. The rest is books, ministry speaking ,other<\/span><\/p>\n

IT’S NOT MY BUSINESS TO ACCUSE wh<\/strong>en I feel the FAITH FILLED FRUIT is GOOD<\/strong> (he just happens to offer what is NOT MUCH NOW IN ANY CHRISTIAN BODY) humility, light pleasant but great\u00a0 uplifting and Bible solid messages. I also notice HOW HE (and other often attacked ministry charismatics, each of who are diverse, energized, and humble, pray in the spirit yet despised (called out, many time times of accused, targeted, vile mocked, demonic persecuted, name called ..) DO NOT RETALIATE BY DOING THE SAME<\/strong> nor do they WORD CURSE ANY OTHERS, or use their video, programs, area, national, USA, world wide platform to GO AFTER, NAME CALL, WORD CURSE, OR REVILE ANY OTHER<\/span><\/p>\n

Joel Osteen: A Respectful Assessment From Afar<\/span><\/h1>\n

Viewing From a Distance<\/span><\/h2>\n

(Offered from afar, based only on public viewing via television and the visible fruit of his family at Lakewood Church)<\/em><\/p>\n

I hold no “anti prosperity’ big bias.<\/strong> I note gladly how cross racial and always EORR respectful saving sane realistic hands on ministry is..No racial, no form of visible bias, not elite, proud, or ‘respecter of persons” (or temper tantrums) And I like that!<\/p>\n

After 25 years of noting, listening, and carrying my own cross<\/strong>\u2014often when there were no others to comfort or give me the hope of God\u2014I would be led by the Holy Ghost to tune in. And there, through Pastor Joel\u2019s ministry, I would receive the word from God:<\/p>\n

    Sincere<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Without mind games<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    What also stands out is his calm spirit, his steadfast love for his dear wife Victoria\u2014his \u201csweetheart\u201d\u2014and the way he respects his family. I come from that same kind of background, and I admire them for all of it.<\/p>\n

    To me, this is good Bible teaching<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

    I am not a donor, but I view him through the lens of Ephesians 4<\/strong>\u2014as one prone toward the call of equipping the saints, more than many other leaders today. He is also faithfully married and carries spiritual authority over Lakewood Church in the spirit of Ephesians 5:21<\/strong>, demonstrating mutual submission and responsibility in Christ.<\/span><\/p>\n

    \u00a0From what I can see, Pastor Joel Osteen does not appear<\/strong> to be \u201cfull of himself.\u201d He seems to truly love his wife, and he honors his family with deep respect and reverence.<\/span><\/p>\n

    In my opinion, one mistake was stepping too far into the Oprah, Larry King, and Tyler Perry celebrity circuit<\/strong>\u2014as that was when spiritual opposition and demonic targeting seemed to intensify. Yet I also recognize that Joel inherited a great work from his Baptist-Pentecostal parents, who built Lakewood on faith, love, integrity, quality, and joy<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Critics often forget that his parents laid the foundation long before him. Joel did not suddenly rise out of nowhere into wealth and prominence\u2014he inherited a ministry with a history, a reputation, and the fruit of decades of labor.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Joel\u2019s Position and Provision<\/span><\/h2>\n

    From humble beginnings, Joel became an accomplished communicator and best-selling author. His success afforded him a large home, cars, and other blessings. Yet according to available reports, he receives only about $54,000 a year from Lakewood Church<\/strong>, relying instead on books, speaking engagements, and other ministry endeavors. (if he reads this and that is an error on my part, it is what I “heard’ reported online 2023 or 24;)<\/span><\/p>\n

    This distinction matters. His provision comes not from exploiting the pulpit,<\/strong> but from his own work as an author and communicator.<\/span><\/p>\n

    A Different Spirit Than the Harsh Prophets<\/span><\/h2>\n

    God respects variety in presenting the Gospel ,worship and so do I!<\/span><\/p>\n

    I respect and enjoy the fact that\u00a0 Osteen is not a fault-finding authoritarian<\/strong>, nor is he a harsh Levitical patriarchal, name-calling prophet<\/strong>\u2014the type represented by men like David Wilkerson<\/strong> or the recently deceased John MacArthur and Raving Cessationist,,\u00a0 continuous fault finding office mature pastor from California.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Instead of railing, accusing, and denouncing, Joel brings something rare in today\u2019s Christian body<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

      A lightness of spirit<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      Pleasantness<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      Biblical encouragement that inspires hope<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      The Fruit of His Life and Ministry<\/span><\/h2>\n

      Jesus said: \u201cBy their fruits ye shall know them\u201d<\/em> (Matthew 7:20). The fruit of Joel\u2019s ministry testifies loudly.<\/span><\/p>\n

        He does not retaliate when attacked.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        He does not revile in return.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        He does not use his massive platform to curse, name-call, or strike at other ministers.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Instead, he embodies Paul\u2019s exhortation: \u201cBless them which persecute you: bless, and curse not\u201d<\/em> (Romans 12:14).<\/span><\/p>\n

        When mocked or vilified, he remains consistent: he preaches the Word, uplifts people, and keeps his focus on hope in Christ.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

        Final Word: Good Fruit Speaks<\/span><\/h2>\n

        It is not my business to accuse. On the contrary, I see in Joel Osteen the fruit of faith-filled living<\/strong>, and fruit does not lie.<\/span><\/p>\n

        He offers to the Church what is often missing today: humility, encouragement, and steadfast refusal to descend into the same spirit of attack that others use against him.<\/span><\/p>\n

        For that reason, I submit that his testimony deserves to be weighed by its fruit\u2014and his fruit is good.<\/span><\/p>\n

          THIS PART: Why Joel Osteen May Not Have Immediately Opened Lakewood Church During Hurricane Harvey (which by the way, occurred 2017 but he still\u00a0 gets great flack for it)<\/span><\/h1>\n

          When citing ideas about this and the City of Houston, the rules, requirements and also permits could have fully changed. I am simply going the “modern continuing, complaining, attacking (accruing funds)\u00a0 gossip about this<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

          PURPOSE: For he often berated by the clueless,shameless clickbait mercenaries, also on podcasts, Youtube, Tik Tok, etc<\/span><\/h1>\n

          By appearing as many mean dysfunctional but also\u00a0 (highly righteous” surely “well meaning yet safely tucked in their lampstand studio, conveniently far away, encamped with the (many)paid staff, merchandisers, ad men, and quality\u00a0 video editors, some of which are\u00a0 office Peers (or at least they pose as such)<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

          Was the \u201churricane outrage\u201d against Pastor Joel truly about his so-called \u201celite prosperity,\u201d<\/em> or an \u201cunderlying mean nature,\u201d<\/em> showing rudeness, hardness of heart, and a callous spirit?<\/span><\/p>\n

          Or<\/strong> was it more a matter of him knowing far more<\/em> than the average person\u2014because he stands at the top echelon of responsibility as the overseer of a massive church property in one of the largest metropolitan hubs in America?<\/span><\/p>\n
