We must focus primarily on conforming to the Holy God<\/strong> rather than merely reacting to verses 6\u20138. No denial:<\/strong> in my observation, these patterns are most evident in mega-charismatic circles<\/strong>, where TV media fame, fashion, style, looks, shallow doctrinal fly by night …Hollywood influence, and the excessive \u201cBless Me \/ Success\u201d materialism, hot\u00a0 style doctrines strongly affect the fruit of ministry. numbers of fine looking,in style talented gifted persons ARE NOT EACH AND ALL “informed about, fully in the views of God in Eternity, serious consequences, and DO NOT BIBLE FORCE, PRESSURE OR ACCUSE, but do excellent, in depth, passionate CARING fine teaching as such that Lord is there to convict. And that is WHAT IS MISSING “The Lord Himself”<\/strong> for it is about the world.<\/p>\n

It’s not exactly all o<\/strong>f the lay, youth, singles, divorced, Baby Mamas\u2026 It’s top leaders in the churches<\/strong> who present themselves as over them, influencing many of them<\/strong>. “Shepherding them, their TV pastor mentor”\u2014then it’s abject parenting<\/strong>. And much false, controlling doctrine.<\/strong><\/p>\n

We in leadership\u00a0 view ALL KINDS of people as real, God-formed human beings<\/strong>, each with a unique backstory\u2014some honored, some abused, some misused by parents, the system, or even maligned within \u201cchurch.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

Therefore, there is NO PLACE fo<\/strong>r Christian leader, staff, elder biased” mean-spirited objectifying, and the rife “dismissing” others based on looks, gender, age, vibe, size, or famous face undue popularity\u2014especially when and where the top leader demand full control.<\/strong> Media effected Christian celebrity and systems are usually “the pit” in this, for they are tightly spun, and if it had been a repeated wearying charismatic fine arts experience, which was defeating The Authentic JESUS HOUSE true purposes, I can only call this OUT as FALSE and an awful injustice to the prophetic ministries.<\/em><\/p>\n

It is what I now describe the following mean mixture in both Apostle Paul\u00a0 “”from such turn away” passages (2 Timothy 3:1-8, I Timothy 6:5)<\/strong> and regretfully it proves is self by the similar dark fruit which unseemingly, increasingly sinister, coven or cult top down deeply controlling, even subliminal occult (white witchcraft) which I now recognize after so many ministry (increased “no fear of the Lord’ ) discovery years. \u00a0I name this as diabolical, mercenary, totalitarian, turf-guarding group (mostly in the mixture charismatic show biz, fine arts BUT NOT ALL )).<\/em><\/p>\n

As Isaiah 53 reminds us, the Jesus of the least of these is present in every person, and that truth must guide how we lead and relate today. (specifically stated to “boys club” also Show Biz\u00a0 charismatics)<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Dr. Sister Taveau is not overly invested in formal office titles<\/em>. For<\/strong> the First Church\u2014before orthodoxy and authoritarian influence began to dominate in the 2nd\u20133rd centuries\u2014these were regarded simply as office functions<\/em>. That is how we intend them here as well.<\/p>\n

Yet, the world tends to adore its senior titles.<\/strong> Therefore, from time to time we will use them as a practical means of communication (to surprise, shock and awe, as the Spirit might lead).(and to alert the wider world, that we understand the GREAT concern)<\/p>\n

P.S.<\/em> I realize this may shock<\/strong> or even horrify many traditional leaders.\u00a0 I deeply admire and respect them, but I also offer what I believe is a higher, less legalistic, and less authoritarian ministry perspective.<\/p>\n

For instance, Taveau serves as a senior pastor<\/strong> and also as a chief apostle<\/strong>\u2014a Galatians 1:1\u20132 prototype for Christ\u2019s Body in these days when control often overshadows true calling. Her ministry foundation is built on three essentials:<\/p>\n

    The Spirit of Truth<\/strong> (John 16:13<\/em> \u2014 \u201cHowbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth…\u201d)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    The Free Gifts of the Spirit<\/strong> (Galatians 5:22\u201323<\/em> \u2014 \u201cBut the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.\u201d)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    This includes the believer\u2019s self-government and self-control<\/strong>\u2014especially temperance,<\/em> which is greatly needed in modern society.<\/p>\n

    Overseer TD\u00a0 also functions<\/strong> as an Acts 17:17 leader\u2014what she names \u201cthe barista fellowship of true life in the real, everyday realm.\u201d<\/em> Alongside this, she ministers online through social media as an everyday, non-celebrity \u201ccross-mind fields\u201d<\/em> evangelist. She is also a seasoned, long-term ministry prophet.<\/p>\n

    Importantly, she carries no agenda except this<\/strong>: that the name of Jesus would once again be trusted, respected, and known. She affirms that each sent person must fulfill exactly what Father God has called and designed them to do on this earth\u2014whether they are known as Miss T, Sister T, Pastor Taveau, or simply Taveau.<\/em><\/p>\n

    The whole of Taveau Creative Leadership, EORR Cross-Body Unity Ministry Fellowship, Taveau Teaching Center,<\/strong> and related works are Pauline in model\u2014shaped by Ephesians 5:21: \u201cmutually submitted in the fear of the Lord.\u201d<\/em> This reflects how the very first ministries were structured: ministers, elders, laypeople, and married couples walking together in pure-hearted community.<\/p>\n

    Taveau is also<\/strong> a non famous, contented theology teacher who has \u201cincurred the stricter judgment\u201d<\/em> (James 3:1) through more than 60 years of life and ministry. As Director, founder, overseer, and apostle, she continues to walk in the calling of a senior pastor\u2014descended from the greatest example she ever knew: her own father, a senior pastor now in heaven with the Lord, joined by his faithful, warm, and loving wife\u2014Taveau\u2019s dear mother.<\/p>\n

    On the Prophetic:<\/strong>
    The prophetic, as understood in this ministry, is not about personal celebrity or self-promotion. It is more akin to the \u201cnameless, faceless prophets\u201d<\/em>\u2014those called up in every generation to deliver God\u2019s Word to the Church, to the Nation, and to the Ministry. These voices are often cross-racial, diverse, and multicultural, raised up particularly in times of dire national peril. Much like the days of Eli (1 Samuel), when God raised a Samuel to speak His Word, or like Amos, who heard the Lord outside of the established, Pharisaical, Levitical systems, these prophets move beyond human choice systems and traditions to hear directly from God.<\/p>\n

    Taveau herself<\/strong> is a training office prophet-apostle, a spiritual \u201cchild of Issachar\u201d who discerns the times and gives a Present-Day Word to Bible-believing, born-again Christian leadership\u2014yet only to those who \u201chave an ear to hear.\u201d The Word at times is direct, clear but does NOT ACCUSE or NAME CALL or WORD CURSE any known, unknown, fallen or globally well known Father, Mother Leader.<\/em><\/p>\n

    On Cross-Body Unity:<\/strong>
    Sister T is also a<\/strong> collaborator, committed to fostering unity across the Body of Christ. She trains ministry staff, counsels leaders, privately tutors, ministers, and gives wise advice. She values both truth and joy\u2014choosing to keep ministry light, free of fear-mongering or doomsday tones, while always pointing people toward the living hope found in Jesus Christ.<\/p>\n

    For the FUTURE CHURCH amidst the PRETEND ONE.<\/strong><\/p>\n

    FELLOW CHRISTIAN TOP LEADERS: <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

    We need more of the village approach<\/em>\u2014<\/strong> a pure, diverse, Spirit-led community built on divine appointments, with no big I\u2019s and no little you\u2019s.<\/em> This is the Paul-style Ephesians 4 model: a well-trained, transformed community.<\/p>\n

    It truly takes a regional, local, area-wide village<\/strong> of ministry to heal, deliver, love, and faithfully walk alongside the many different styles and personalities of the dear people God places in our path.<\/p>\n

    Sexual Issues Aside:<\/strong>
    Taveau, as a God formed human person, whom God clothed in the Earth Suit of Western European Deep Ancestry non biased female for HER JOURNEY. And this SHE\u00a0 \u00a0has ministered and endured faithfully for many years across many uncertain Christian doctrinal, Holy Spirit, Bible teaching, faith\u00a0 cultures, and who has also raised a son, a daughter and serves as a cross-cultural apostolic female. This means she is sent<\/em> to minister to men, women, and people of all races. Still, there are divine boundaries and exceptions in certain areas that must be respected.<\/p>\n

    For this reason, Pastor Taveau seeks to expand her regional referral network<\/strong> specifically for counseling male pastors, ministry leaders, counselors, and physicians who may encounter struggles such as pornography, addiction, or other sexual issues. In such cases, Pastor Taveau does not directly counsel men but instead refers them to qualified Christian men with this specific call and expertise. She welcomes connection with those who serve in this vital ministry field.<\/p>\n

    \nTo Lay Aside the Hyper Turf Guarding Accusation and Fear<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

    TD is not a \u201csheep stealer\u201d<\/em> or a \u201cpeople owner,\u201d<\/em> nor a slave-master overseer<\/strong> as, sadly, a few have become. As a top overseer and director by calling, there are times we must rise up when we encounter mean-spirited dysfunction. (TD has had much schooling in this, even before Charlotte, during her years of ministry experience in the DFW area.)<\/p>\n

    At heart, however, we prefer to serve as a local area shepherd<\/strong>\u2014seeking to discern the real needs that emerge in fellowshipping with the saints. We want to know the area fellowships and senior pastors across all races, so that if, as, and when<\/em> we sense God\u2019s direction, TD can refer chosen persons into other ministries and churches.<\/p>\n

    The New Testament model is clear:<\/p>\n
