PART 1 When False Authority Finds You:<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n

A Rude Awakening in American Charismatic Culture<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n

EAGLES VS EVIL EYES..hard to tell at the present, due to Ishmael abysmal mixture<\/strong><\/p>\n

I wasn\u2019t raised around ministry politics.
Not around prophetic posturing, public accusations, or church \u201cgatekeeping.\u201d<\/strong> I didn\u2019t grow up under targeting, monitoring due\u00a0 heavy pastoral control. Neither was I <\/strong>\u00a0surrounded by flashy personalities demanding submission. My walk with God began simple, honest, rooted in Jesus\u2014not in titles or traditions.<\/p>\n

So later, after celebrity and new traditions of Christian men relocated from the deep south into my non clubby area…That was when I first encountered public<\/strong>, loud, and aggressive accusations\u2014especially against sincere, respectful women leaders\u2014I was stunned.<\/p>\n

What should have been a private conversation (<\/strong>Matthew 18:15\u201316; Galatians 6:1) was instead weaponized in the open. And no one blinked.<\/p>\n

I Did Not Find “It.” It Found Me.<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

This spirit of targeting didn\u2019t begin with something I said or did. It found me<\/strong>\u2014and not just me. In a rural county in central Virginia, during a large, nameless charismatic worship revival, I watched it repeatedly single out calm, white, emotionally steady and rather healthy, also well traveled and socially, doctrinally mature women<\/strong> (mostly!) who were there to worship in peace. It didn\u2019t matter if we were well-mannered, servant-hearted, or doctrinally balanced.<\/p>\n

We were seen as threats.<\/p>\n

Over time, it became clear: this wasn\u2019t personal. It was cultural<\/strong>\u2014a subculture of religious surveillance<\/strong> that tracks and targets leaders who don’t fit its mold. I\u2019ve since identified the patterns across various charismatic movements:<\/p>\n

  • \n

    The Shepherding Movement\u2019s hierarchical control<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    The Salem Witch Trials\u2019 accusatory spirit (spectral evidence, not relating, but avoiding but apparently Inner Reading (divining) my “personal life, mind,\u00a0 calm new visitor motives, thirst”<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Old-time patriarchal suspicion rooted in poor, superstitious Southern tradition ad\/’or the Old Timey Country Law Holler up in the ‘hills, where the Old Country Law Pastors checked for harlots and the superstitions of witches and many Jezebels. (TD Says “Many graduates of the Mountain William School of Theology…. white mentoring.. in this!”)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Modern NAR “apostolic gatekeepers” mentality<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Aggressive prophetic networks (like certain strains within CI \u2013 Christian International)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Hyper-authoritarian expressions in (certain Big Boss Authoritarian) Word of Faith and many hard scrabble Pentecostal groups (in the local area of smaller ministries, NOT knowing the TOP but I’ve been to EAGLE MOUNTAIN and surely THE TOP LEADERS KNOW MORE…I do NOT ever feel bad there.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • Ministries keeping Known Witch Lists\u00a0 (2 Examples; Sr Pastor in Tampa, FL confirmed what I had long wondered about that “Did you know, the pastor said’ That that “Famous Charismatic Group in Florida keeps a Known Witch List in their national headquarters.)\u00a0 NEXT: The genuine kind, smart late Dr John E Jones, Keisha Ministries a close board member and fine friend (in VA)\u00a0 shared with me “that (the same\u00a0 jump in public, name calling, divining occult, witch watching’ false) apostle ” a pastor OFTEN comes into our area pastor’s prayer meetings and and calls MANY people “witches.”<\/em><\/li>\n
  • That’s’ the life in Deep Grass Roots charismatic(hence I am OUT of being a charismatic as of 2012 DFW)( But this was the FIRST LARGE DOSE OF “Subjective Realms”\u00a0 LEARNING CURVE)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    These movements, while often gifted, can breed a toxic undercurrent of spiritual dominance<\/strong>, especially when led by unchecked personalities.<\/p>\n

    What I Observed\u2014and What I Learned<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

    I began to study it not out of judgment, but out of deep grief and concern. After 50 years of observing U.S. church leadership, I\u2019ve come to recognize:<\/p>\n

      This isn\u2019t happening everywhere<\/strong>, and not every big-name leader condones it. Many of the top-level leaders I\u2019ve met over the years are godly, respectful, and would never allow this kind of spiritual bullying.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      But at local levels<\/strong>, where small-town authoritarianism mixes with charismatic fervor, these patterns flourish\u2014often undetected by denominational headquarters or overseers.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      I also must clarify: when I use the term \u201cwhite\u201d<\/strong>, it\u2019s not racial criticism. It\u2019s accurate reporting. I\u2019ve noticed these spiritually aggressive groups targeted white female leaders<\/strong>, but rarely African-American women. Perhaps out of fear of appearing racist\u2014or because they projected unresolved issues with their own mothers and women like them. Either way, bias was clearly at play<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

      I Am Not Clueless….Nor Without Fault<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

      I do not present myself as infallible. I, too, have made theological mistakes. I\u2019ve been confused, I\u2019ve wrestled. But I do not knowingly:<\/p>\n

      • \n

        Gossip OR Allow any person to gossip<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Try to read minds, to avoid Bible up front relating, meekly leader Bible contronting<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Publicly label people<\/span> with demonic titles<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • I’ve called God’s people Jezebels, false prophets, unsubmitted, NOR witches or warlocks or worse ..but many of these have.<\/li>\n
      • I’ve never pruriently “INNER READ” (peer into “psychic spy, new age voyeur” (travele) to “delve into” (far away READ) anybody’s personal,\u00a0 private lives,mind or heart. But I feel sure that MANY THESE HAVE and DO …and do this OFTEN. (their devout trained hip people) And this is WHY I SPEAK.<\/li>\n
      • I’ve accuser jumped anybody in a public setting (!!) but I have had that happen and also seen others by this same dark grass roots mean ministry ‘impure fruit.” (for sitting there, walking int, standing there.but NO CAUSE, just triggered their mean demean devils(1996, 2003, 2010)
        \n(Hence it’s a cause to stand up, human up and ongoing Bible TEACH FOR THE SAKE OF\u00a0 “A SAFE FUTURE CHURCH”)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        PSYCHIC MIND GAME PLAYING THE NAME OF HEBREWS 10:25 “Fellowship.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

          \n
        • \n

          Truly, I have target, prayed against or use my natural or feminine or spiritual powers to gain advantage\u00a0 or to use or to control others in the name of ministry or in personal private full life.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Yet I must sound the alarm<\/strong>:
          This behavior is not of Christ.<\/strong>
          It is impure fruit\u2014often occult-like in its obsession with control, image, and fear. And it has pushed many away from the true faith.<\/p>\n

          We Need THE AUTHENTIC MESSIAH CHRIST of Isaiah 11:2\u20133 Again<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

          The real Jesus\u2014the one revealed in Scripture, especially in Isaiah 11:2\u20133<\/strong>\u2014was filled with the seven Spirits of God: wisdom, understanding, counsel, might, knowledge, the fear of the Lord, and the Spirit of the Lord.<\/p>\n

          \u201cHe will delight in the fear of the Lord.<\/strong> He will not judge by what He sees with His eyes<\/strong> or decide by what He hears with His ears.\u201d<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

          Jesus didn\u2019t live by rumors.
          He didn\u2019t lead by suspicion.
          He didn\u2019t accuse by appearances or weaponize His position.<\/p>\n

          This is the Jesus I follow.<\/strong> The Jesus who refused to Pharisee anyone. The Jesus who never reviled, would have never created viral videos to humiliate, “to spy one, report the juicy gossip” and who would NEVER have allowed or tolerated any of his family, disciples or area pastor leader friends to wanted to give Him “the evil” report. Servant hearted Christ’s leadership was Spirit-led, not ego-driven.<\/p>\n

          Why People Are Leaving<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

          In my view, this is one of the main reasons people are leaving churches and ministries by the thousands<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

          • \n

            They\u2019re not rejecting Jesus.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          • \n

            They\u2019re rejecting counterfeit leadership<\/strong> that mirrors ambition, aggression, and accusation more than Christ.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            We have witnessed and ministry assessed\u00a0 by the fruits:<\/strong>
            Church decline. Family dysfunction. The rise of controlling \u201capostolic\u201d networks and turf wars. Gossip framed as prophecy. Harsh doctrines sold as truth. Accusation without accountability.<\/p>\n

            It is the culture of Demas<\/strong>,** not discipleship.
            \n**\u00a0 2 Timothy 4 Apostle Paul<\/strong> laments the surely mega gifted and talented, ambitious,\u00a0 young minister,\u00a0 Demas, for states that Demas\u00a0 disregarded his own surely\u00a0 high ministry call and also failed to discern Apostle Chief Paul’s.. Rather he resigned from Paul’s ministry and went to surf, participate in extreme sports and maybe sell time shares, to make his fortune on the balmy coast of Thessolonica. REASON?\u00a0 \u00a0“For he loved the things of this world more”<\/strong><\/p>\n

            \"\"<\/p>\n

              In the End, We All Stand Alone<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

              At the end of time, none of our ministry titles, fans, or church associations will be there when we stand before the throne of God. And it will be too late to repent or turn around.<\/p>\n

              Honest Facts:<\/strong> Be you a potentate or prophet a pauper or a peer…one things is for certain, that teach one of us will stand alone BEFORE “HIM.”<\/strong>
              That\u2019s the reality that guides my ministry.<\/p>\n

              The code words F.D.R. “FINAL DAY READY”<\/strong><\/p>\n


              And that\u2019s why I continue to live by the words of the book that first turned me on to Jesus during the Jesus Movement:<\/p>\n

              \u201cHow to Be a Christian Without Being Religious.\u201d<\/strong>
              That\u2019s still my aim today.<\/p>\n

              BOTTOM LINE<\/strong>: Is it going to accusing LEGALISM or JESUS UPFRONT ,BIBLE RESPECTFUL ALL EQUALLY VALUING, HUMBLE “GENUINE ABIDING LOVE”<\/p>\n
